Do the social changes we experience mean that the human mind enters into new forms of wisdom and spirituality and man experiences, as a social being, a radical change of his relation between politics and history? That he must adapt to new reality forms,, what means to continuously innovate because of fearing he won’t catch up with the everyday sociopolitical changes? This is the optimistic version. But these changes do not necessarily imply neither progress nor new ideas but instead, even more rough answers to the already harsh –spitting violence- reality.
Barbed wires, walls and barriers are not only in mind but also outside our doors. And do not concern only the "foreigner" that you so much afraid of, expressing it by a spontaneous tightness of your wallet each time you meet the “different”, with an haughty gaze and a hidden satisfaction for those who have to again go chased, but concerns all of us . Those who are from here, those who are from elsewhere, those who choose to be out of nowhere, without an “all cancelling” mood of the different social conditions and cancellation of self-evident human rights.
The global practices are maybe beyond our grasp -in structural level- let alone out of our control, but whoever wants to be at least honest with himself should first define what we mean by the from here and from elsewhere definitions , who are the others and who are we, at all theoretical levels that define a smooth symbiosis. We should wonder about who and why defines human prohibitive zones. Why we demonize and sanctify at the same way, unable to find the truth, always seeking for revenge, perpetrators and victims. Some people must understand that their pride of personal, social, political and economic choices, should not be screamed aloud, displayed and enforced all the time.
It is an everyone’s inalienable right to choose living in a society that succumbs to corruption and stupidity, but the obsessive protection of myths as a culminated superiority evidence is eventually torning apart by thugs in the name of a degenerate democracy.
So before we turn side leaving more saliva to our pillow, let’s ask ourselves about the real causes of the society’s moral decline by starting from the devastating feelings of a "foreign" as someone is still called on grounds of nationality, ideology or lifestyle. Even though it may be a “blow” to the human ego the moment of awareness that we need each other, even if one chooses apathy, at least let’s wonder "who among us is not from elsewhere" without tilting the scale in anyone’s favor and without talking about people as they are fascist neighborhood mess sacks which came, left and returned with all of kind weapons in order to saturate its thirst and hunger for new blood.
